Recommendations For Best Healing Results:
1. Renacom for Kidney/Adrenal Detoxification Dose:
10 Drops 3 times a day for the first week, 20 drops 3 times a day for the second week, then
30 drops 3 times a day until bottle is finished.
Note: Depending on your toxic level you may experience headaches or flu like symptoms anytime
during the cleanse, simply stop for 24 hours then resume cleanse. Repeat when necessary throughout
the cleanse.
2. Adaptocom for Kidney/Adrenal Support
Note: This product supports you thru your Detox. Take along side the Renacom at the same dose per day.
3. Spring Green #79 for Colon Detoxification
Dose: 1 Tablespoon morning and evening. Take along with Renocom and Hepacom.
4. Hepacom for Liver/Gall Bladder Detoxification
Dose: Take 30 drops 3 times a day till bottle finished.
Note: Start after you finish with the Renacom bottle.
5. Liver Cholesterol Flush. This is to be done after the Kidney and Liver cleanses. Please
see directions below:
Liver Cholesterol Flush Preparation
Purchase 1 large or 2 small fresh pink grapefruit.
Choose a day that you can stay home the following morning. Eat a low fat breakfast and lunch before
you begin the cleanse at 2:00 pm.
2:00 pm:
Do not eat or drink anything past 2:00 PM. sipping water is ok if you get thirsty.
6:00 pm:
Mix 1 tablespoon of Epsom salts with % cup cold water. (You may add 10 drops of lemon juice to
improve the taste.) Drinking a few swallows of water afterwards to rinse the mouth is fine.
8:00pm:
Repeat by mixing and drinking the same solution as you did at 6:00 pm.
9:45 pm:
Mix 1/2 cup olive oil and bag of L-Ornithine in 3/4 cup fresh grapefruit juice in a glass jar, then
shake and drink.
10:00 pm:
After your 9:45pm drink, lie down flat. Do not stay up and do anything, Go to bed.
Next Morning:
Upon awakening take your third dose of Epsom salts anytime after 6:00 am. You can go back to bed.
Morning
After 2 Hours:
Take your 4th dose (last one) of Epsom salts and water.
2 Hours Later You May Eat:
Start with your favorite fruit. When you feel hungry eat a light lunch of your choice and by
supper you should feel hungry and able to eat a normal meal.
What to Expect
During the Liver Flush expect a watery stool in the morning. Look for the green and Brown pea
size stones. Sometimes the bile ducts are full of Cholesterol crystals, which did not form into
stones. They appear as "chaff" which are shinny crystals floating on the top of the water.
Cleansing chaff is just as important as purging stones.
Now that you have finished the Liver Cleanse you will want to follow-up with cleanses until your
liver is free of any stones or chaff.
*The Liver Cleanse can be done every 2 weeks until you do a liver cleanse and you no more stones or
"chaff” comes out of the liver.
After the liver is cleans, repeat 2 times a year for continued longevity health maintenance.
