Suggested Use:
Should be consumed on an empty stomach and one should wait 1.5 hours afer taking it before eating. Daily for one week, followed by every other day for an additional week, during cleansing. Put one full teaspooon in an 8 to 10 oz. glass of water. Stir thoroughly and drink. When the glass is empty squeeze 1/2 lemon into the same glass (or take 1000 mg. of ascorbic acid). Repeat in one month if necessary. (Easy access to a bathroom is advised fro several hours after each serving is taken.)

Use of a stabilized oxygen product (10% SO2 for example) in drinking water is also recommended daily, after completion, for ongoing oxygenation.
