It’s October, which means the holiday gauntlet has come. We know you strive to eat well, exercise, and get enough sleep, but nothing ruins a diet faster than a house filled with tantalizing bite-sized candy or an endless schedule of dessert-filled parties. And that’s only Halloween!
Give yourself a little slack this holiday season. Even the most focused health nut is bound to slip at least a little. Have fun. Enjoy yourself, and try to keep up your good habits at least most of the time. Once the holidays are gone, you can re-commit to the cause of tasty salads and 30-minute a day workouts.
