It’s October, which means the holiday gauntlet has come. We
know you strive to eat well, exercise, and get enough sleep, but nothing ruins
a diet faster than a house filled with tantalizing bite-sized candy or an
endless schedule of dessert-filled parties. And that’s only Halloween!
Give yourself a little slack this holiday season. Even the most focused health nut is bound to slip at least a little. Have fun.
